Frank Falzetta

Frank Falzetta is a partner in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Falzetta has extensive experience in business litigation in state and federal courts involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, tortious interference with business relations, unfair competition and unfair business practices, violations of state and federal antitrust laws, violations of the federal RICO statute, and related causes of action. Most recently, he has defended a number of class actions and representative lawsuits brought against insurance companies for alleged business torts and antitrust violations. He also has represented manufacturers and service industry clients in a wide variety of disputes with customers, suppliers and competitors. Mr. Falzetta specializes in several areas of practice, including class actions, antitrust and unfair competition claims, and insurance-related litigation.
