Edwin Astudillo

Mr. Astudillo is an associate in the Corporate Securities practice group in the firm's San Diego and Del Mar offices.

Areas of Practice

Mr. Astudillo practices in the area of corporate law with an emphasis on corporate finance, securities and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Astudillo represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, licensing, joint venture and commercial transactions, and ongoing public company reporting and compliance. Mr. Astudillo has advised private and public companies and underwriters in public and private securities offerings; buyers and sellers, financial advisors and other parties in transactions ranging from small, privately negotiated transfers of shares or assets to public company combinations and going-private transactions; and public and private companies in licensing, joint venture and commercial transactions.
