Areas of Practice
Michelle’s practice focuses on intellectual property litigation matters including inter partes review proceedings, district court litigations, and Federal Circuit appeals. She also has experience in ITC investigations and trademark litigations.
Before joining the firm, Michelle prepared, prosecuted, and advised clients on patents covering a wide variety of technology areas including automobiles, semiconductors, home appliances, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and food compositions.
