Nathan C. Yu is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

In addition to litigating claims, Nathan advises employers on workplace issues, including reasonable accommodation, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, and employee discipline and termination.

While attending law school, Nathan was a member of the William & Mary Law Review.  He served as vice president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and experienced success at national arbitration, mediation, and negotiation competitions.  In his spare time, Nathan enjoys traveling and training and competing in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
