Attorneys of Color
The Diversity and Inclusion Attorney Network (DIAN) provides attorneys of color and allies a forum where they can address issues of interest within the firm and the broader legal community.
Through strong leadership and the support of dedicated group members, DIAN serves as an ongoing network of support for its members and strives to further Sheppard Mullin's commitment to foster inclusion for all attorneys.
LGBTQ Attorneys
Out at Sheppard (OAS) provides support for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender attorneys and professionals and allies.
OAS’s mission is to contribute to Sheppard Mullin’s open, inclusive, and affirming culture by fostering positive change within our firm, our clients' workplaces, and the broader communities in which we practice. We are committed to building meaningful connections with external legal and community organizations that support LGBTQ+ individuals and allies.
Veterans
Veterans at Sheppard (VAS) supports veterans, active military personnel, their family members, and allies.
VAS is dedicated to positively impacting the veteran community through initiatives such as legal education and pro bono projects, community outreach for active-duty military and veterans, and participation in job fairs and transition services to support veterans entering the civilian workforce.
Women Attorneys
The Women Lawyers Group (WLG) is dedicated to providing a professional community that encourages women attorneys to identify and adopt the tools and resources that help attorneys achieve their fullest professional potential.
WLG serves as a vital, powerful, and inclusive network, connecting and supporting attorneys across the firm at all stages of their careers. The group collaborates with all firm members to foster an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute to collective success.
