Areas of Practice
Ale represents clients in complex business matters in arbitrations and in state and federal courts across the United States. She has experience litigating claims involving breach of contract, defamation, and healthcare disputes.
Ale is actively involved in the firm. She is currently a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion program, and committed to her pro bono practice, including representing an environmental organization in a number of federal court actions arising under the Endangered Species Act.
Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Ale graduated with a Masters of Law in European Union Law and interned at Sheppard Mullin’s Brussels office, where she worked on international trade matters. During her internship, Ale advised clients on a broad range of EU regulatory and compliance issues affecting market access and cross-border trade of products and services within the EU.
