Anushna Das is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's New York office. 

Areas of Practice 

Anushna’s practice focuses on advising clients on corporate transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, private equity transactions and corporate governance.

Before starting at Sheppard Mullin, Anushna has interned with several Indian law firms and judges. Anushna was also the president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and a research assistant at the Legal Information Institute at Cornell Law School as a part of which she co-authored a manual on common law sources and African applications for use by Judicial officers in Africa. She was a student editor for the Jindal Global Law Review, Mapping ADR and a teaching assistant for Commercial Contract drafting at Jindal Global University. Anushna has also co-authored and worked as a research assistant on SCOPUS indexed publications.
