Andrea Fellion is special counsel in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.
Areas of Practice
Andrea has more than 15 years of experience representing employers in all aspects of employment law. She represents employers in high-stakes single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims as well as class, collective, and PAGA claims. Andrea has experience defending EEOC commissioner charges and has successfully defeated numerous requests for Temporary Restraining Orders concerning employer mandates. She routinely advises clients on the intricacies of local, state, and federal employment law, and weighs in on best practices considering ever-changing employer requirements.
Andrea’s practice covers a wide range of employment issues. She provides advice and counsel on topics including disability and religious accommodation, wage and hour compliance, arbitration agreements and enforcement, as well as compliance with San Francisco and other local ordinances. When claims are in litigation, Andrea works towards early resolution and has won summary judgment on numerous high-value complaints. When early resolution is not possible, Andrea has successfully tried sexual harassment, whistleblower, and wrongful termination claims.
