Alexandra Kitson is special counsel in the Governmental Practice in the firm's New York office.
Areas of Practice
Alexandra focuses her practice on FDA regulatory matters, counseling clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries with respect to a wide range of regulatory and compliance matters.
Alexandra also regularly supports clients with respect to state licensure issues, advertising and promotion, transparency reporting, state and federal fraud and abuse issues, and pharmaceutical sampling programs. She also has experience counseling clients regarding compliance issues at the state level and regulatory due diligence in transactions.
Prior to practicing law, Alexandra worked for Congressman Dave Loebsack, both as a Legislative Assistant in his D.C. office and as a District Representative in his Iowa office.
During law school, Alexandra spent a semester as a legal intern for the Library of Congress, Office of the General Counsel in Washington, D.C., and worked as a legal intern with the National Partnership for Women & Families.
