Adam Marks is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Chicago office. 

Areas of Practice

Adam represents hospitals, health systems, long-term care providers and other health industry providers and investors in transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, divestitures and joint ventures. He routinely provides guidance to clients on a wide range of regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse compliance, licensure and accreditation, and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment. Adam also counsels clients in connection with various health information technology matters, including those related to software licensing, hosting and implementation, and regularly negotiates complex arrangements for his clients, which include both health industry providers and vendors.

Adam previously worked for several years for a top healthcare software vendor and participated in multiple large-scale hospital software implementations around the country.
