Abby Miles is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office and a member of the firm’s Food and Beverage, Class Action Defense and Construction Teams.
Areas of Practice
Abby represents clients in complex business litigation matters and consumer class actions in both state and federal court. She helps resolve claims of fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, lender liability, and unfair competition, including in actions involving alleged violations of California’s Consumers Legal Remedies Act, False Advertising Law, and Unfair Competition Law, as well as under other states’ similar consumer protection laws.
Abby represents clients in a variety of industries including consumer lending, construction, food and beverage, and retail. She is involved in all phases of dispute resolution including pre-litigation counseling, pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions, as well as through trial and appeal.
