Areas of Practice
Angelo represents clients in complex business matters in arbitrations and in state and federal courts across the United States. He also has experience litigating claims involving breach of contract, defamation, healthcare disputes, and various issues related to telecommunications.
Angelo advises cable operators and other broadband providers regarding pole attachment rates and access to rights-of-way, including mandatory access to multi-dwelling units.
Angelo is committed to his pro bono practice, including representing an environmental organization in a number of federal court actions arising under the Endangered Species Act and the Administrative Procedure Act.
