Areas of Practice
Amanda’s real estate practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. She works with clients in connection with negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements and land use due diligence. Amanda collaborates with developers and national builders in preparing CC&Rs, disclosures and other agreements for master-planned communities, mixed-use developments and small lot subdivisions. With over a decade of experience as a real estate broker associate, Amanda advises clients in Department of Real Estate regulatory matters.
