Adam Streisand Named a 2022 "Top 100 Lawyer" by the Daily Journal
Adam Streisand, leader of Sheppard Mullin’s Private Wealth and Fiduciary Litigation team, was named among the Daily Journal's 2022 “Top 100 Lawyers."
Daily Journal notes that Streisand is "known as a litigator to the rich and famous... his legacy in the courtroom looms large whenever it concerns a dispute involving trusts, estates and conservatorships. His fame among celebrities includes victories in courtroom battles over celebrity estates and trust wars involving the Los Angeles Lakers, Clippers and Chargers."
In Streisand's victory for Steve Ballmer, a former Microsoft CEO, against businessman Donald Sterling resulting in Ballmer's $2 billion acquisition of the Los Angeles Clippers, Streisand commented, "My trial win for Steve Ballmer means a lot to me because I wanted to be the guy to take the team from Donald Sterling...
