Sheppard Mullin's Dallas Office Named a 2022 Best Place to Work
Sheppard Mullin’s Dallas office has once again been named a "Best Place to Work" by the Dallas Business Journal. Whittled down from more than 300 nominated Dallas employers, Sheppard Mullin is one of only 30 companies to earn the recognition in the "medium" category, for companies with 50-249 employees based in Dallas.
This is the third time Sheppard Mullin has been recognized as a Best Place to Work since the office opened in 2018.
The Dallas Business Journal surveyed companies by asking an array of anonymous multiple-choice questions to help understand what's driving growth in the organization and what factors establish it as a top workplace. Winners met or beat a national best practice score for their category, as determined by Quantum Workplace. The honorees were divided into five categories by size. Rankings among the five categories were revealed during an awards lunch on October 20 at the Renaissance Legacy West Hotel and in the DBJ's October 28 issue.
