A Sheppard Mullin deal team was awarded “Private Equity Deal of the Year” in the M&A Advisor’s 14th Annual International M&A Awards for representing Lee Fish USA in its sale to Sole Source Capital LLC. Private Equity Team leader Aytan Dahukey and associates David Solberg, Dhara Waghela, Ariana Stobaugh and Kendall Kohlmeyer represented Lee Fish in the transaction.
