Jennifer Chavez Receives 2024 Women in Real Estate Award
Jennifer Chavez, a partner in Sheppard Mullin’s Real Estate, Energy, Land Use and Environmental practice, was selected by Connect CRE for its 2024 Women in Real Estate Awards. The annual awards “honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles,” according to the publication.
Chavez was noted for leading the Sheppard Mullin team that is representing one of the largest homebuilders in the nation in multiple land acquisitions throughout San Diego. She was also highlighted for her leadership and community service—she is a member of the firm’s Partnership Nominating Committee, on the advisory board for Practical Law and frequently provides pro bono services to Walden Family Services, a Southern California nonprofit specializing in foster care, adoption and youth services.
