Asia Legal Business has named Sheppard Mullin a finalist in the "Private Equity Law Firm of the Year" category for the ninth annual ALB China Law Awards 2012. Partners Don Williams and Jenny Liu led a team that included Eric Wang, Michael Zhang, Yi Zhu, Carrie Bai, Cheng Xu, Willow Wei and Josie Shi and represented private equity and venture capital funds as well as high growth Chinese companies in a series of deals valued over $200 million in total in 2011.
