Partner Alfred Fraijo Jr. was named among the Daily Journal’s Top 100 for 2020.
Alfred Fraijo went to law school to pursue a career in social justice and civil rights. He worked as a law clerk for a nonprofit tackling brownfields redevelopment in underserved communities. That experience led Fraijo to becoming a land use attorney focused on urban infill, housing and green infrastructure to promote resilience and economic development in California. Fraijo’s project for Friends of the Hollywood Central Park, a 38-acre park that creates a public space at street level and reunites historically separated communities, was also highlighted.
