Sheppard Mullin’s Robert J. Stumpf, Jr. Receives Robert Frandzel Award from Western Bankers Association
Robert (Bob) J. Stumpf, Jr., Of Counsel, today received the Robert Frandzel Award from the Western Bankers Association (WBA) at their virtual 2020 Bank Counsel Seminar. The award recognizes superior and noteworthy long-term legal assistance by an outside counsel to the banking industry and Stumpf was especially commended for his work with the WBA’s Legal Affairs Committee.
“I’m very honored to receive this award and to be included among the list of distinguished past recipients,” said Stumpf. “I have greatly enjoyed representing financial institutions for more than 40 years and hope that I have made at least a modest contribution.”
Stumpf is also a Certified Specialist in Appellate Law and was recognized as the 2021 Lawyer of the Year – Appellate by Best Lawyers.
