Sheppard Mullin partner Matt Sonne, a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice group and one of the state’s leading authorities in defending employers against Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and class actions, has been elected President of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers (ABTL) – Orange County. He most recently served as Vice President of the Board for the chapter and has been a member of the ABTL Board of Governors since 2015.
