Jordan Hamburger Named a Top 100 Lawyer by the Los Angeles Business Journal
Partner Jordan Hamburger was named to the Los Angeles Business Journal's inaugural “Top 100 Lawyers” list. The special supplement honors the accomplishments of the region’s most impactful lawyers who demonstrate exceptional legal skill and achievements across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership and contributions to the Los Angeles community at large.
Hamburger was noted for his leadership of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions team and his successful healthcare M&A practice. According to the LABJ, “Hamburger represents and advises public and private market participants in various corporate and securities matters. His expertise lies in healthcare and financial services industry transactions, private equity representation and sell-side mergers and acquisitions engagements.” In addition to his corporate practice, Hamburger was also recognized for his pro bono work with the Veterans Free Legal Clinic, where he provides legal and practical advice to Veterans in the Haven and New Directions programs.
Honorees were celebrated during a private ceremony at the ASU California Center on May 12.
