Known in the industry for his collaborative approach to deal-making, Anthony employs creative solutions and dependable negotiation skills to support his clients in efficiently achieving their goals.

In the healthcare space, Anthony provides legal and strategic advice to private equity firms, middle market private equity investors, strategic clients, growth investors, and their respective portfolio companies. He manages complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, joint ventures, partnerships, equity investments, and other corporate transactions.

In the entertainment space, Anthony has vast experience representing social media influencers and content creators in their various contractual arrangements, including partnership agreements with brands, licensing agreements, work-for-hire agreements, subcontracting agreements, joint ventures, and similar matters. In addition to assisting with written agreements, Anthony is a trusted and easily accessible advisor who devotes substantial time to providing general advice to his clients at all hours.

Anthony is also a member of the firm’s French Desk Team, dedicated to strengthening ties between the French and U.S. business communities. The team delivers highly effective representation in U.S. law for France-based and U.S.-based companies, venture funds and other investors with cross-border interests and has experience representing French companies conducting business in the U.S., acquiring or investing in existing U.S. businesses or selling their products in the U.S., as well as U.S. companies conducting business in France or desiring to invest in France.
