Areas of Practice

Chenxi has extensive experience in complex real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Chenxi advises real estate owners, developers, and investors on complex transactions throughout the United States, handling the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of real estate assets. She has substantial experience representing national healthcare organizations to grow and manage their real estate portfolios. Chenxi understands how healthcare laws impact real estate transactions and assists clients in developing processes to proactively mitigate risk and produce compliant outcomes consistent with overall business objectives.

Previously, Chenxi was a transactional associate in the Los Angeles office of an AmLaw 100 law firm with a nationally-recognized healthcare and real estate practice.
