Catherine Noble is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.

Areas of Practice

Catherine defends employers in state and federal courts, arbitration and administrative hearings involving all aspects of labor and employment matters. Specifically, Catherine has experience defending employers in wage-and-hour disputes and against claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation. She also provides advice and counsel to employers, including drafting employee handbooks and standalone policies.

Before joining Sheppard Mullin, Catherine was an associate at a national law firm based in Los Angeles, practicing both employment and general business litigation.
