Daniel Birmingham is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Del Mar) office. 

Areas of Practice

Daniel represents clients in complex commercial litigation and general business litigation in federal and state courts. His practice covers a variety of industries, including financial services, private wealth, construction, securities, and healthcare.

During law school, Daniel served as a member of the San Diego Law Review and USD’s Appellate Moot Court Associate Board. The San Diego Law Review published his comment on issues of standing for uninjured class members at class certification, and he won second place at the McLennon Honors Moot Court competition. Daniel also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Michael M. Anello of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Active in the local legal community, Daniel was a student member of both the Louis M. Welsh Inn of Court, and the J. Clifford Wallace Inn of Court. 

Before his legal career, Daniel worked as a producer at a Los Angeles agency that creates movie trailers and TV spots for major film studios. Daniel also worked as an advertising project manager for a satellite television corporation.
