David is a dedicated litigator and trial attorney, providing counsel to clients across all stages of a matter up to and including trial. His experience encompasses a range of industries, and he has tackled significant matters involving financial fraud, complex business conflicts, insurance bad faith, and healthcare disputes.
David recently prevailed in a financial fraud and RICO case in federal court on behalf of victims of a $250 million Ponzi scheme, which ended with a unanimous jury verdict in his clients’ favor. His work on the case earned mentions in several publications, including Variety and The Hollywood Reporter.
As a committed advocate, David uses litigation tools to his clients’ advantage. While he has the expertise to navigate any case through trial, he also remains open to alternative resolution options. His trial experience allows him to negotiate from a position of strength, which often leads to favorable settlements.
