Diego’s practice focuses on renewable energy project finance, commercial lending transactions, debt and tax equity financing primarily in the renewable energy sector. 

Before joining the firm, Diego regularly represented private debt funds across multiple industries primarily in the context of portfolio acquisition financing.

Diego began his law practice in Mexico. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
