Areas of Practice
She represents commercial banks and other major financial institutions in a wide variety of asset-based real estate transactions involving residential, commercial and mixed-use complexes, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, industrial properties, condominiums, vacant land and development sites throughout the New York metropolitan area and nationally across the United States. Darby has counseled clients engaging in various financing structures, including acquisition, bridge, construction and permanent financing in addition to mezzanine lending.
