Emily represents clients in complex business matters in arbitration, as well as in state and federal courts. She has experience litigating claims involving breach of contract, defamation, and various issues related to telecommunications.
She also advises cable operators and other broadband providers regarding pole attachment rates and access to rights-of-way.
Emily is committed to her pro bono practice. She represents clients in immigration and citizenship matters.
