Evan Lim is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office. 

Areas of Practice

Evan focuses his practice on intellectual property law, and works on a range of intellectual property matters, including patent prosecution, litigation, licensing and IP counseling.

Evan has prepared and prosecuted patent applications in various technical fields, including in wireless communications, optical networking, multimedia delivery, blockchain technologies, artificial intelligence, automotive technologies, and various electromechanical and mechanical medical devices.

Evan also provides crucial support in patent litigation for a diverse clientele, from startups to major corporations. He further leverages his industry knowledge to guide clients through patent portfolio management, and assists in technology transfer, licensing negotiations, and IP due diligence assessments.
