Emil's practice encompasses general corporate and securities matters, with a particular emphasis on private investment funds and mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his law degree, Emil holds an MBA. His dual degree provides him with unique insights into clients’ business operations and a nuanced understanding of the complex intersection between business and law.

Emil aids in the formation, structuring, and management of private investment funds. He also assists with the development of governance structures, compensation arrangements, and strategic investment negotiations for investment management firms.

Alongside his involvement with investment funds, Emil engages with public and privately held companies, investors, and entrepreneurs regarding complex corporate and securities transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He works across a broad range of industries, assisting with asset and stock acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, and partnerships. Emil also regularly supports clients in addressing their general corporate governance needs.
