Alongside his involvement with investment funds, Emil engages with public and privately held companies, investors, and entrepreneurs regarding complex corporate and securities transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. He works across a broad range of industries, assisting with asset and stock acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, and partnerships.
