Areas of Practice

Elizabeth specializes in labor and employment matters on behalf of employers from a variety of industries. She represents employers in single plaintiff, PAGA and class action litigation, involving federal and state labor and employment laws throughout the entire litigation process. She defends employers against claims of alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to engage in the interactive process and failure to provide reasonable accommodations. She also defends against claims of wage and hour violations.
