The passage of tax reform significantly complicated choice of entity issues for startups. This webinar will highlight choice of entity considerations in the wake of tax reform, including changes to the corporate tax rules, an overview of the opportunities and pitfalls of the passthrough deduction under new Section 199A of the Internal Revenue Code, and the enhanced role for qualified small business stock under Section 1202 of the Code.
