Jim Gatto is the Leader of Sheppard Mullin’s Blockchain Technology and Digital Assets Team and its Open Source Team. Jim has 35 years of experience advising innovative companies on IP, technology law and regulatory issues with new business models and disruptive technology. He focuses heavily on blockchain, smart contracts and crypto currency legal issues and is a thought leader in this space. In 2018, Jim received the National Law Review’s Go-To Thought Leadership Award for his work on blockchain and cryptocurrencies and was named a Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Fintech Trailblazer by The National Law Journal. He is the co-author of "Blockchain: A Prescription for Curing Ailments in the Healthcare Industry," Health Law Handbook 2019 Edition, Thomson Reuters, 2019.

Adelyn Zhou is a technology leader who is passionate about the intersection of blockchain, automation, and the future of independent work. She has worked with some of the world's largest companies and fastest-growing startups on growth, blockchain and applied artificial intelligence. She currently leads marketing for Chainlink, a leading blockchain technology. She has worked at companies including BCG, Amazon and Nextdoor. She graduated with honors from Harvard College and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
