There is mounting pressure on companies to implement effective privacy functions. These programs are expected to address regulatory compliance and reduce risk in a holistic fashion. To be effective, though, they also need to be right-sized to the operations of the organization. What steps can an internal privacy team take to accomplish all of this? This program will aim to help. Drawing from change and risk management research, our panelists will share some lessons learned and strategies for implementing a bespoke privacy compliance program that will truly add value.
