The HNBA/VIA Intellectual Property Law Institute (IPLI) is a trailblazing intellectual property and tech law immersion program. The IPLI’s primary goal is to increase the presence and number of Hispanic lawyers practicing intellectual property and tech law in the United States, which is currently less than 2 percent.
