Description:
International, federal, state, and local laws and regulations in cybersecurity and data privacy are rapidly evolving in response to emerging issues that seem to change almost daily. As the legal and regulatory environment continues to evolve, organizations are working hard to comply and protect the information they hold, paving the way for law firm, in-house, and public sector opportunities for new lawyers or lawyers in transition. Cybersecurity and data privacy attorneys work in litigation, regulatory, and transactional practices, as such these fields remain open to a diverse array of practice settings and require a diverse set of skills. Join our panel as they discuss careers in the evolving areas of cybersecurity and data privacy law.
