The objective of this CLE is to provide guidance on how to create a more inclusive workplace through the demonstration of effective LGBTQ+ allyship. The presentation will:
- Discuss how effective allyship positively impacts interactions within the legal community;
- Inform about key language and terminology relevant to the LGBTQ+ community; and
- Provide clear action steps that can be taken to practice effective allyship in the workplace.
