The Intellectual Property Committee, In-House Counsel Committee, and Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Committee invite you to join us for the final session of our three-part series discussing legal issues relating to artificial intelligence (AI). As we close out our discussions on AI, we will be discussing issues and challenges that may arise when trying to patent AI inventions. In this session we discuss how to identify AI related inventions, unique features of AI related inventions, legal challenges/issues of patenting AI related inventions, and strategies for patenting AI inventions.
