In this session, Capital Edge and Sheppard Mullin will delve into the details of the opportunities available, the awarding agencies (The Who), and details as to what these opportunities represent as well as diving into “What” you need to be aware of when pursuing these opportunities. While the opportunities are abundant, the compliance requirements are intricate. Together we will attempt to “de-mystify” the requirements and identify the key opportunities and associated requirements that the contractor and non-profit communities need to be aware of.
