CREW Program - SANDAG 2025 Regional Plan & Implementation Strategies
Join CREW San Diego in an educational conversation with Principal Economist Naomi Young as she shares insights emerging from SANDAG’s 2025 Regional Plan. SANDAG is the San Diego Association of Governments that brings together local decision-makers to develop solutions to improving equity, transportation, air quality, economic development, public health, housing, and more. Every four years, the agency prepares an updated regional plan that focuses on how to best enhance the quality of life for generations to come. How is the most recent forecast different from the past? What are things we should be thinking about in the short term and long-term outlook?
Brooke Miller, Special Counsel, Sheppard Mullin, will join Naomi and participate as the interactive CRE voice. Brooke has nearly 20 years of experience helping her clients successfully navigate land use planning, zoning, entitlements, environmental, local government, and special districts law to expedite and defend their development projects. How can CRE professionals leverage SANDAG’s extensive, data-driven expertise to develop innovative solutions and prepare for San Diego’s impending landscape? How will transactions be impacted and what’s needed to support the growth of our region?
We encourage attendees to come with questions and actively contribute to the conversation. The goal is to create a thought-provoking experience for everyone attendance.
