Eli Zaga is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.
Areas of Practice
Eli advises his clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, focusing his practice on financing transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, loan workouts, leasing, joint ventures and development transactions. He serves a wide-ranging group of clients in the real estate ecosystem, including publicly traded companies, banks, institutional lenders, debt funds, insurance companies, professional sports franchises, foreign and US investment funds, developers and other real estate investors, and has extensive experience working on a diverse array of asset classes, including office buildings, industrial properties, multifamily properties, retail centers, mixed-use developments, student housing, stadiums and professional sports arenas. Eli works closely with his clients from the term sheet stage through and after closing to ensure that their goals and needs are being achieved efficiently and effectively.
While in law school, Eli served as a production editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Review.
