Gianfranco Spinelli is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's New York office and a member of the firm’s Healthcare industry team. He is a member of the Digital Health Team that produces the Health-e Law podcast.

Gianfranco joined Sheppard Mullin in 2023. He received a J.D. magna cum laude from New York Law School in 2023, where he was a Staff Editor of the New York Law School Law Review, a Dean’s Leadership Scholar, a Pro Bono Scholar, an affiliate of the Center of Real Estate Studies, and a recipient of the D. George Levine Memorial award.
Prior to law school, Gianfranco worked in the finance department of a New York City nonprofit academic medical center. A native New Yorker, he received his M.B.A. from Long Island University with distinction and his B.S. from Fordham University, Gabelli School of Business.
