Areas of Practice

Haley’s practice focuses primarily on the acquisition, disposition, restructuring and financing of commercial, industrial and multi-family residential real property as well as hotels and office buildings. She has experience representing individuals, partnerships, and corporations, including REITs, private equity sponsors, and other institutional clients, in a broad range of commercial real estate transactional matters. She has handled complex multistate transactions, including portfolio acquisitions, dispositions and financings. Haley also has experience advising clients on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
