J. Randall Boyer

Randy Boyer is special counsel in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office. 

Areas of Practice 

Randy is a litigator whose practice focuses on class action defense and complex commercial litigation. He has assisted his clients in resolving disputes regarding antitrust, false advertising, and consumer rights class and representative actions. 

Mr. Boyer has significant experience in both the courtroom and in arbitration proceedings. His relevant experience includes assisting a national transportation company in defeating class certification in a nine-figure antitrust putative class action. He also assisted a nation-wide retailer to obtain dismissal of all nation-wide class allegations and eventual complete dismissal of a false advertising and deceptive labeling action. He has likewise assisted clients in achieving favorable settlements of false advertising and other consumer rights matters.
