Areas of Practice
Jennifer represents clients in a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters in both state and federal court. Her experience includes litigating claims involving breach of contract, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, the provision of healthcare services and coverage, and other complex business disputes. Jennifer also has experience defending against class actions.
Jennifer is experienced in all aspects of California and federal civil procedure, including filing and responding to complaints, conducting discovery, and motion practice. She also volunteers her time to various pro bono causes.
During law school, Jennifer served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Lee Smalley Edmon of the California Court of Appeal, Second District. She also served as an Associate Editor and Lead Article Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review.
