Areas of Practice
Jennifer focuses her practice on the energy sector, representing developers and owners of energy projects in transactional matters and in regulatory proceedings before the California Public Utilities Commission.
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Jennifer was an environmental associate at a large international law firm. She represented industrial, commercial, and financial clients in mergers and acquisitions, counseled clients on regulatory compliance, and advocated for her clients’ interests in regional, state, and federal rulemaking proceedings.
Prior to law school, Jennifer was an environmental consultant for several large consulting firms, specializing in matters related to air quality. She has an extensive scientific background that allows her to understand the technical aspects of client matters and improve communication between clients and their consultants.
