Overview
Jordan Golden is an associate in the Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office and is a member of the firm’s Multifamily Team.
Areas of Practice
Jordan's practice focuses on general real estate transaction matters in a broad range of sectors including commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, residential, and mixed-use properties; focusing on drafting leases, purchase and sale agreements, amendments to leases, title reports and other related documents.
During law school, Jordan was a member of the San Diego Law Review and interned in the legal department of an S&P 500 NYSE Real Estate Investment Trust as well as at one of Fortune 1000’s largest American companies, which is also publicly traded on the NYSE.
Jordan has also received the Gates Millennium Scholarship from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Diversity Fellowship from the San Diego County Bar Association.
