Jonathan advises clients in a wide variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, due diligence investigations, and other corporate matters, with a focus on the media and entertainment industries. Jonathan also has extensive experience with private equity transactions in a range of industries.
Professional and Educational Background
Prior to joining Sheppard Mullin, Jonathan earned his JD and MBA at UCLA. In law school, Jonathan graduated with a specialization in Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports Law and Policy and served on the board of the Environmental Law Society. At the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Jonathan was on the Dean’s List and served on the board of the Entertainment Management Association.
Prior to law and business school, Jonathan earned his B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University. After graduating, he worked as a financial analyst in City National Bank’s Entertainment Banking group.
